Dead 'Til Friday is a rap-metal / post-hardcore band from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Formed in late 2007, the band played extensively in venues throughout the country, and gained a reputation for developing a “fresh” new sound for Irish metal. In the summer of 2008 the band solidified their line up and recorded their debut EP "Through the Motions", which opened many doors and opportunities for these young musicians. 
After gigging relentlessly to promote their debut release, the band constantly wrote new material and came up with their heaviest, most unique, well rounded work to date, IPSWICH DOZEN.
2010 has been Dead ‘Til Friday’s most successful and rewarding year so far, .as in January they played to their biggest crowd yet. with national instrumental titans, And So I Watch You From Afar, Just days later they entered the studio for the second time and left with a brutally heavy yet melodic and heartfelt E.P. which they believe are their best songs to date.
They released their “Ipswich Dozen” E.P in early March 2010. The band believe they can go places on the strength of this record and have strengthened their contacts with international artists and promoters. In March they also received their biggest break thus far... an opening slot for Forever Never and Skindred in Belfast.
The later part of 2010 brought Dead ‘Til Friday together with a new second guitarist, Conhuir. This added another level to the music and the band, allowing them to reach new heights and achievements. 
The band just finished a successful tour with hardcore upstarts Your Demise and pop punkers Lower Than Atlantis to prove to themselves they can promote their own shows.
